The FourCooks Canyon Rim Ranch was purchased by Jack and Catherine Cook in June of 2020.  It was started in 2011 as a private hunting retreat and breeding ranch for the enjoyment of family and friends. Set on 430 fully high-fenced acres in the Texas Hill Country, the Ranch offers a diverse terrain of canyons, natural springs, ponds, hardwoods, and scenic views, perfect for a hunting getaway.

Under the direction of a full-time Ranch Manager, Matthew Powell, the vision for the Ranch as a world class hunting destination has become a reality.  A lodge, breeding pens, feeders, wildlife food plots, cedar removal, and breeding program was implemented and many genetically superior whitetails ranging from yearlings to 3 1/2 year olds were released in 2011.

Over the past 10 years the whitetail population has grown to over 200 deer on the ranch.  Over 100 of the whitetail herd consist of genetically superior typical bucks ranging from yearlings to 7+ year olds.  Mature bucks average from 180-270 B&C.
